With Signaturize it can take you 3-4 minutes if you have a Stripe Connect Account and 15 minutes if you need to create a Stripe account.

Standard Company information is required as per any secure payments Providers. Full details are available here.

There’s no need to create your products to receive quotes as we’re equivalent 3D model and design lead so you can immediately begin to sell products when you log-in.

Approved Retailers can sell products within 5 minutes of Account Creation on a no success and no fee basis.

We carry out comprehensive due diligence on our Retailers pre awarding Trusted Retailer status. For further information around what we measure, please view video or apply here.

Commision is only applied should a Customer proceed to buy and pay for a product. For further details on Signaturize commission please refer to our Seller Agreement or email

Stripe Connect fees are variable subject to the size of the order and are automatically applied by Stripe Connect. For more information click here.

Signaturize is refreshingly different to Traditional Interior Design Houses as work with Trusted Retailers to prioritise ease of quotation and simplicity of process. We want to ensure that Retailers can sell more of the right products to the right Customers and in a more efficient way so that everyone wins.


You’ll not have to chase payment with Signaturize and don’t expect lots of wordy email ping-pong from us. You’re notified about qualified leads via email and you can easily satisfy demand using our Portal to manage each product quote through to order confirmation, triggering an instant and secure payment. It’s then across to you to fulfil the order.

There are no Retailer charges associated with quoting your best price to the Customer.

Your best price quote, including delivery, is the price that the Customer will view, which should be equivalent or less to your online price, while also reflecting best market value for the region in question.

We suggest that Retailers quote their best price within 48hrs of receiving the email notification. There is a count down time clock on our Portal to help you manage quote responses. 

We notify you immediately when the Customer accepts your best price quotation, which normally occurs within 48hrs.

Retailers are responsible for ensuring that the Products arrive safely with each Customer. Signaturize provide both delivery postcode for quote and full addresses on order acceptance.

Review Quotes

Understanding Customer specific in real-time demand is now easy, which allows our retailers to focus on quoting their best prices. Retailers can quote for an equivalent design product or can exercise good judgement by proposing a superior alternative product that may pleasantly surprise our Customers.

Manage Orders

Retailers are notified within two working days if their best price quotations have been accepted and can simply manage the order fulfilment from that point onwards. Multiple quotes and orders can viewed and managed simultaneously with the comfort of a robust and simple payment process powered by Stripe Connect.

Create Products

Developing online visibility and increasing e-commerce presence has never been easier or faster. Not only can Retailers quote as they go but they can also choose to efficiently add products to our Platform in their own time, while also having the opportunity to request that new 3D models are created and added to our Global Model and Material Library.
