Boho Barn Conversion

Room Creator App Master Boho Bedroom Design

In this remodel challenge, Designers were tasked with creating a Master Boho Bedroom using the Room Creator App. Assisting Jen create a boho master bedroom design.  Jen had just bought a converted barn and couldn’t have been more delighted with how much character exuded from the space. She felt a distinctive boho concept would work best in her bedroom.

Before and After

The winning design as voted for by our instagram followers created a fantastic boho master style bedroom idea with a neutral palette and dark coloured wall panelling.  Each part of the room has clearly been carefully thought out. We love how the sheepskin accent chair has become the centrepiece of this corner of this room with shaggy texture and neutral colour. The black framed wall mirror (from Wayfair), provides a practical feature to the opposite bedroom corner.  We love the half height wall panelling with the rattan tables and striking green plants in a third corner of this room.

Nautical Living

Combined Kitchen and Living Coastal Decor Idea

After

In this challenge were asked to help Rob who was starting from scratch in the midst of a big career change and life overhaul. The task was to create a superb living area layout, which will then require your exemplary design eye if this design is going to have a sublime nautical style, which shouts “flawless beauty.”

Before and After

The winning created a fabulous coastal design and merged the kitchen and living spaces together seemingly effortlessly. We think Rob will be delighted.  The blue wall paneling beside the kitchen island is elevated by the fantastic abstract wall art.

The thread of Coastal blue continues as your eye moves past the grey corner sofa to the delightful blue accent armchair that can be purchased from Barker & Stonehouse.  The accent chair has been complimented by the intricate rug design and blue vases upon the wicker side table.  The console table with mirror and table lamp also provide another focal zone within this fantastic design!

First Home Victoria

Dining Room 3D Room Plan in App

After

In this challenge you 3d room interior designers were asked to use the App to help Emily who had secured her new two bed apartment in London Victoria.  She had been given the opportunity to customise her kitchen space. A friend had encouraged Emily to make her treasured piece of artwork the centre piece and she wanted you to do just that!

Designers were encouraged to change kitchen door, worktop and wall colours to complete this space.

Before and After

The winning design, as voted for on Instagram, used the room plan app to create a modern turquoise kitchen & diner.  We love the turquoise dining chairs that compliment Emily’s wall art as suggested by her friend.  The choice of kitchen door colour creates a continuity of this theme but is brought further to life with use of grey doors.  We adore the flamboyant gold framed pendant light that provides beautiful illumination to the dining space.

This virtual kitchen diner design is a fantastic example of how use of colours in the various features of a room can create a truly special 3d room which can then be turned into a reality!

Starry Night Retreat

Bathroom 3D Room Design in App

In this 3d room challenge designers were asked to use the App to help Kate’s who was finding it difficult to switch off at night but had resolved that a good night sleep was within reach! The creators were tasked with transforming this bathroom into a evening retreat that evoked the sweetest of dreams.

Before and After

The winning design used the design app to create a modern plush pink bathroom escape.  We love the pink starry tiles, by Otto Tiles, that have brightened up the room and the cream floor with blues flecks really sets off the stars in the tiles.  The modern framed white mirror accentuates the choice of basin on the vanity unit.  We adore the contrast that the dark tones of the vanity unit bring to the room.

Minimalist Simplicity

Master Bedroom

After

This challenge asked designers to provide Elena with some colour scheme inspiration for her new bedroom.  She had been busy maximising closet space but had run out of decor ideas.  Elena’s vibe is minimalist design. The interior designer’s job was to choose the perfect wall colour, floor choice & roman blind fabric. Then accessorise the rest of the room to suit this paired back, functional aesthetic.

Before and After

The winning designer created a contemporary bedroom minimalist design using neutral colours with black accents. The grey floor and neutral walls provide a fantastic backdrop to the room. We love the use of the black are lamp and black metal framed accent chair provide a great focal point within the room. The neutral bed is complimented beautifully with the striking wall decor and side table with contemporary table lamps, the mirror over the storage cabinets is also delightful. A well considered minimalist bedroom design, with the right amount of accessories to make it interesting, not cluttered.

We particularly like the dresser area with the opal lamps and black rings mirror and cartel AHA stool. We love how this design shows how room layouts and decor can be developed using the Room Creator Interior design App.

Modern Monochrome Master

Modern Minimalist Master Bedroom Layout

This challenge asked designers help Emily who needed help to bring the distinctive monochromatic look of the ensuite into the whole bedroom space.

Before and After

The winning designer created a great modern minimalist master bedroom black and white interior design. There are a number of great features within this room including the modern black four poster bed which is resting on the gorgeous abstract rug. The use of the opal wall lights beside the bed and floor lamp creates a clever thread through the room. Multi toned wardrobes and grey chest of drawers are excellent storage additions to this delightful room layout.

Modern Farmhouse living & dining room Combo

In this remodel challenge, on the Signaturize room design App, designers were tasked with helping Hannah add character to her new suburban home. She loves plants, wooden textured furniture and pops of rich colour.

Before and After

The winning design, as voted for by our instagram followers, created a blue and green modern farmhouse living and dining room combo with chevron flooring. This eco design challenge has a green sofa, rattan chair and blue sideboard which all create a warmth within this superb design. The dining room set also provides a great focus within the room.

Mum’s Chill Time

Modern Rustic Bedroom Design

In this remodel challenge, on the Signaturize room design App, designers were tasked with helping Jess to sort her master bedroom layout and decor.

Jess was delighted with her new arrival but timing was poor as she was moving house! She was foggy from newborn sleep, or rather lack of, and was just too busy to make decor decisions. Jess needed help to design the bedroom.

Before and After

The winning bedroom design, as voted for by our instagram followers, created a modern rustic theme with a superb layout. ou can see how the designer has taken care to create separate zones within the layout. We love the baby, seating, seating and sleeping zones that are defined in this room idea. You can see from the overhead view that the lattice patterned area rug defines the sleeping zone and the rustic feel is captured by the choice of flooring.

The gorgeous accent chair and vibrant pouf created a marvellous zone for Jess to relax in.  The choice of cot compliments the bed selection and the decorative throw on it tones beautifully with the rug.  We love the picture rail around the room as the on trend green defines the lower half of the room but is soften with the white above the picture rail.  The six drawer chest of drawers with the decor accessories atop provide great practical storage than enhance the overall rustic feel of the room.

Many thanks to all those who entered their room layout and decor ideas for this bedroom challenge as there was tough competition.  The winning design demonstrates how the room creator app can be used to test layouts and decor with bedroom designs.

Sophisticated Scandi Space

In this challenge interior designers were asked to help Laura.  She is one of those people that brings calm to every situation. Laura wanted to bring some of her composure to her combined dining and living room space, it’s the quiet spot in the house where she enjoys a coffee in the morning & sometimes something stronger in the evening.

Before and After

The winning design, created on the Signaturize room planner app, is a Scandi room design. This living and dining room combo layout has a grown up yet relaxed design. The Scandinavian style dining table furniture provides the main focus in the room and is perfectly complimented by the beautiful rattan sided sofa. The accessories added to the sideboard provide a further focal zone within the room. The designer has taken real care in this idea and has showcased the versatility with the Signaturize Room layout App in creating a range of uniquely decorated rooms.

In this challenge designers were asked to help Betty the teacher. She loved her kitchen layout but was tired of the colour. She decided that she wanted to revamp over the summer but she was not sure what colour combination to choose.
