In this challenge designers were asked to help Betty the teacher. She loved her kitchen layout but was tired of the colour. She decided that she wanted an interior design revamp over the summer but she was not sure what colour combination to choose.
Before and After
The winning design, created on the Signaturize mobile phone 3d room planner, is a wooden kitchen with white worktops and aga stove for Betty. The gold handles lift the virtual room as does the golden tap. The island provides an additional focal point in the space. The simple large cream floor tiles laid in a brick effect pattern allows the rest of the kitchen to shine.
